mcp is a ripoff of the scp games and the law of it. its mostly the same but its in scrap mechanic. this is a mcp scout van.

this van if anything is a spy van.
with powerful gadjets and lots of cool stuff to look at in it.
its the perfect MCP / SCP scout van for searching for more new scps / mcps
and it can hold up to 2 prisoners
it has a HD viewing screen inside + 4 screens for tracking and loging scps / mcps
it has a fold out death ray and lots more. even anti gravity powers.

this van would be mostly used by the foundation for scouting out new scps and transporting small amount of low risk prisoners.

drivers of this van would have basic level 1 cards and would only be used for transporting small items of low risk power and also prisoners. drivers of mcp scout trucks are not allowed to enter level 2 rooms or over and must keep at least 1 person on the trucks at all times. if the trucks are stolen the tracker hidden in the truck would be setoff and it would be tracked and located.
any people who steal the truck or try to take it or ask questions showing mcp staff that thay know somthing about the mcp foundation. thay are to be made a
prisoner and moved back to the foundation to become a d class.
all contact with the new d class is removed and its history coverd up.

death ray must be used by a level 2 staff or over and must not be aimed at other staff or items / entitys of the foundation.

if a level 3 or over thing would happen of bad intent the death ray would be used on entity / item / mcp / scp that has made it happen.
