Viable Mira locations Oregon.

I've put together some very strong Mira windows for the map Oregon. Whilst many experienced players will already know these spots, I'm hoping new players will gain some useful information.

2F Kids dorms/2F Dorms main hall

Both of these are located in kids dorm and watches over dorms main hall, top of dorm stairs and the A bomb site, remember you can spray bullets through the white mattress onto the big window. But that goes both ways ;) you are exposed to the windows behind you so consider bringing a castle but generally most teams have people playing below ready to run out, or someone with an acog playing in the big watch tower. The second picture will allow you to shoot onto the top of dorm stairs a tad easier.




Located in dorm main hall, watches small dorms, dorms main hall and armory corridor, if wall in walk in is breached you can cover small dorms to prevent plants. BE SURE to barbed wire/lesion/ela dorm stairs. Otherwise people will simply sneak up behind and kill you, make sure to shotgun out all the top to allow vaulting over. Careful of south/north windows but attackers rarely sit on them. This is a powerful way to hold dorm stairs or white stairs as they are usually called.



Located in armory corridor, watches armory corridor/armory/master bedroom/balcony/main stairs. Make sure you reinforce both walls of the armory and one if not both of the walls behind you. This is quite strong with a good team.

1F Kitchen/1F Dining hall

Located in kitchen, watches dining hall and dining hall corridor, if they breach the office wall you cant c4 that far, play smoke here for kitchen bombsite combine it with mira in kids dorm to hold the floor above. There really isn't any other Mira spots for this bomb site and you may just want to bring another operator if you have to play this site. On top of all that you can get sniped quite easily from all the way back at laundry stairs/lobby and anyone pushing in through lobby. And if the walls are soft to the bathroom you can get wall banged quite easy. I would perhaps choose another operator :)

B Laundry room/B Supply room

Located in supply room, watches some of electrical room, basement corridor, exit of boiler room and bottom of tower stairs, shotgun out the wall beside it, soft wall lets you shoot a bit easier. You won't have to go around the corner like the image below.



Same thing as above but this one has more protection, if a twitch or someone was to pop this Mira you would still have strong protection as attackers can't get an angle from the tower stairs.



Located in supply closet watches laundry stairs, laundry room and lobby if they break hatch. A very strong mira window that can deny alot of plants, typically you will have this mira with bandit wire to prevent any hibana charges as well as having your smoke play here instead of mira. Gas cannisters can be thrown all the way to the bottom of the stairs, C4 can't get that far. One of the weak parts of this spot is that capitao fire bolts can kill you pretty easy and they go through Jager's ADS. If you are far enough in though you should be safe. Shotgun out the wall around the corner to make a rotation.

1F Rear stage/2F Watch tower

Located on second floor of watch tower, gives you sight into the attic-quite easy to kill you if they get in up top, be sure to bring the shield just for some added protection.



Located in meeting hall watches over rear stage and people coming up the tower stairs, very easy to be killed from behind if they get into meeting hall.

Ok so seriously don't go here :) and if by some chance you pick this site perhaps bring another operator.

Closing remarks

Mira is VERY strong on 2 bomb sites on Oregon, the laundry/supply room and kids/main dorms. Even with an uncoordinated team or solo queing the windows on those sites will give you an advantage. Whilst it's not impossible for the other 2 sites mira's to work out, it's just that they are easy to counter by good players.
