A building simmilar to The Wall Offices

Another office building. My own design, but it somehow reminds me of Cold War era CIA buildings, thats why i called it The After Wall, as it could stand in west Berlin.

ooofff... I don't remember, it wasnt a channel tho, it was like retaining walls or something. I uploaded this on 18 september of 2018 - quite a while ago :D

You can add RICO local to them after clicking RICO menu in game and last tab called settings. Under there find any building you like, not only mine, click on it's name, then "add local" on right hands side, give it proper values and save. Congratulations. You have your own Rico, and other people without mods can also enjoy the content ;)
