Achievements (1/4)
"Mission Mastered"
Get three medals in any mission in one difficulty.
Complete any mission and earn all three medals. You do not need to complete all three tasks at once; this will likely be the first achievement you earn.

"Savior"
Rescue 50 Citizens.
Rescue a total of 50 citizens on any number of levels/playthroughs. You'll earn this well before you complete all the mission difficulties so don't waste time grinding this out early on. Citizens will only count as rescued if they survive to their destination and escape the level.

"The Dawn of Jydgement"
Complete the first act.
Complete all four levels in Act I.

  • You only need to earn enough medals to unlock the next level.
  • The above statement applies for all levels and all difficulties.
  • For detailed instructions on how to beat each level, see further down this guide.

"The Jydgement Day"
Complete the second act.
Complete all five levels in Act II.

  • You only need to earn enough medals to unlock the next level.
  • The above statement applies for all levels and all difficulties.
  • For detailed instructions on how to beat each level, see further down this guide.

"The Dusk Falls"
Complete the third act.
Complete all five levels in Act III.

  • You only need to earn enough medals to unlock the next level.
  • The above statement applies for all levels and all difficulties.
  • For detailed instructions on how to beat each level, see further down this guide.
Achievements (2/4)
"Weapon Mods"
Purchase all weapon mods.
There are a total of 25 weapon mods in the game that you'll unlock as you progress and earn medals. Simply buy them all to unlock this achievement.

"Firemodes to the Max"
Upgrade four Gavel firemodes to the max.
Upgrade any four firemode types to the maximum level of your choosing.

For 100%ing the game, the only four I used are the ones to the side, but your experience and/or preference may vary. For the purpose of this guide, these are the only four I used, but feel free to select any that better suit your play style.

"Cyberware"
Purchase all cyberware.
There are a total of 35 cyberware mods in the game that you'll unlock as you progress and earn medals. Simply buy them all to unlock this achievement.

"Special Specialist"
Upgrade four special weapons to max.
There are a total of 15 special weapon mods in the game that you'll unlock as you progress and earn medals. Simply buy and upgrade any four of them to unlock this achievement.

  • For the purpose of this guide, I recommend maxing out the frag grenades, micro missiles, stun grenades and mines.
  • Optional suggestions would be the C4 explosives or heavy rockets if you prefer those.
  • Don't invest in the machine gun turrets - they are useless.

"Lawful Not Awful"
Complete the game as the hero of the citizens.
This involves playing through the entire game and unlocking the "good" ending. In order to do that, you cannot have more than 19 citizens killed during the whole campaign. To earn the achievement you can do any of the following:

  • Play through the campaign having less than 20 citizens dying by either you or enemy fire. Use "Citizen Safe Ammo" and "Citizen Health Plan" to help reduce the chance of casualties.
  • Ignore citizen deaths and use the "Sin Eraser" to wipe all your sins away (as well as all medal progress) and start over with all perks already unlocked. If you do this, I highly recommend earning every other achievement prior to doing so.
  • Use the "Sin Eraser" to remove half your sins (progress will not be wiped this way) at the cost of $66,666 until it is below 20 citizen deaths. If you're going this route, I highly recommend farming cash on "Thinning The Horde", Level 16.

Hey I don't know if you're still responding, but in Level 18 Cobra Manor Takedown I don't see a peculiar gem. It just doesn't spawn for me there. Do you know what I can do to fix this or something?

Glad it worked out. :smilekit:

I got it. Thanks for this guide. I don't think I would have gotten that last achievement without it.

Hey, how do you get back to the car on nightmare level 16. I followed your instructions because that was the only one I couldn't get. There really is no break in the flow of goons. How do you get back without dying?
Refurbished Hamster May 30, 2020 @ 8:19pm
#11 in Cobra Manor Takedown requires at least Grim difficulty.

Hey all, if anyone is having trouble completing "Shift from Hell" on Grim difficulty, equip the Chameleon, Shadow Blend, Shrinkify, and Tainted Glass Cyberware, then hide in the corner near the bench next to the building that houses the red key; the guards won't find you and you'll beat it easy. I uploaded screenshots if anyone needs to see the particular spot. Also, thank you very much for your detailed guide; the Collectibles section will be especially helpful to me.

Level 16
Dont take any damage - similiar to my last post for the guns. Cyberware: Rythless, Bullet Dodger, Wall Breaker, Sickeness

Melee only - this is actually wicked easy once you figure it out. Use these gun mods: Fast Melee, Dynamite Gavel, and Power Gavel. Make sure to equip SuperHero and Extra armor.

Start the level, run RIGHT to the door next to the recruiter. Smash the door a few times and it will open. Kill the recruiter - you should still be invincible. Now that you are outside, smash the wall where the broken door is. Your melee explosions will kill all the bad guys who walk through the door. Just smash, smash, smash, for about 45 seconds til the kill count is done. Then, once theres a break in the action, run to your car.

Hope this helps!

Level 5 "Kill all in less than 40 seconds" - Cyberware: Use Wallbreaker to move around, Sickness to weaken enemies to 50%, Reaper to double damage to all those sick enemies, and Superhero.
Special: Frag Grenades
Gun: your choice but I used Serial Shotgyn with Fast Reload, Mighty Burst, and Long Range.

To play, head towards the boss. You have 15 seconds of invincability so bee-line it to the boss, walking thru walls with Wall Breaker. Never stop shooting guys as you go, and liberally throw grenades. With the gavel equipped as I described you will be shooting out massive damage and it travels long range.
