Recipe

The recipe is obtained with the Dristan´s trials, is one of the wishes, "I want a powerful weapon."
I think that says that, but the wish for the weapon is really obvious

Sword of Kings

• Go to Hotto

• Give him orichalcum, which he will buy for 22500
  
• Wait a few days
  
• Then, you can buy the sword of kings for 35000 in the shop next to the guy

Sword of Light

• Then, go to the Mount Huji, if you have the last object, you can give it to Miko (the woman in the north part of hotto) and his son, who will be a dragon at this moment. You will need to return to Hotto obtain the Crucible Key
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Obtain the Forging Hammer in the horse races, the platinum cup (is one of the wishes of Dristan´s trials, like the recipe)

Slight correction, the Platinum cup unlocks automatically in Act 3 once you win the Gold cup. The wish from Drustan unlocks the Black cup.
