Adds half-realistic craftable C4 for ttt gamemode. Its not so powerful like standard c4. It requires to find 3 components to assemble it.
But it takes only 45 seconds to detonate with a quite big range. Also, players can throw it away if they don't wanna blow up.
Now it got a default weapon point spawn, so it works without any settings. You can set up a spawn points and randomize them. I will make a simple example soon.
TODO:
Make a special danger materials for explosion.
Add more bodygroups to geksogen.
