Description

Makes borders more transparent and thin.
Achievement-compatibe.

The mod also:
- removes star pins
- slightly raises borders
- doesn't highlght borders under nebulas

The author has not updated any of their mods in some time it's unlikely that's going to change.
So here as previously mentioned.

Please, could you update the mod. After the last update the borders just disappear altogether, rather than becoming light. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter and good luck
