Check out the Main Guide if you need more help. There is a full step by step guide under "From the Ashes" DLC Achievements on how to rebuild Pribyslavitz in the easierst/fastes way - make the most profit and get the achievements! :)

This guide is working as of the 1.6 Update!
What are Disputes? Why should i do Judgements?
Disputes happen everywhere - specially in your little village Pribyslavitz! Thats why as Bailif you have to judge whos right and whos wrong in order to have a stable population and order. This is real medival practice and in Kingdom Come will be done under a big tree (called court linden in medival ages, as it was a linden tree)...
There you'll find a little lectern to hear about what troubles your people and speak judgment to them... for the good or worse of the village.

In Kingdom come, your decisions matter a lot for the village Income or its population.
You can make some achievements missable if you decide badly a couple of times and loose a lot of money respectively wich is why i wrote down all disputes, their possible judgments and their outcomes!
It can make a difference ranging from a bonus +370 Groschen (with bakery) to a negative -145 (all bad judgements). So as you can see, thes a lot to lose but also to gain!

Note: in the beginning you'll likely get a Judgment/Dispute everyday after 10 AM and you get new ones with new buildings and/or hired NPCs.
At some day you'll only get a Dispute every second day and once you did them all they'll just stop.
You can save right before judging to randomize the event and load if you made a bad call
All Disputes and their Judgements
G/d obviously means "Groschen per day"
Also pp. will mean "people/citizens"

Best/most profitable decision marked in blue!
If theres none, they have different kinds of benefits (mostly more money or more people. Depends on what you need)

The wiki says there is a 5th option now for the second baker decision, where you keep the things the same at the cost of 2 people, but you get +50 gp. Also, are the +- people a daily thing, and should I care? What does having max people even get us?

Not sure it is useful since it is not the best outcome anyway, maybe as a side note for the fun fact. But I suspect that you might be able to pickpocket your money back from the locator for the "Ambushed Wagons dispute". I have not tried it so i can't be sure.

Wow really? thats cool and funny xD Thanks for mentioning this! Not sure if i should write this into the guide though?
RoadToFistinière Apr 20, 2020 @ 1:59am
I would like to add that when you give the dowry you can pickpocket back your money with no consequences (unless you get caught obviously).
Jackie Oct 20, 2019 @ 10:26am
Yeah, I totally get that, no worries :)

No that wasnt implemented for the choises noted here when i wrote this guide. I mean it would make sense that they would influence your village but.... well good to know. I'll think about replaying the dlc but atm i dotn even have time to finish the main guide and so its not one of my priorities anytime soon (since its not game breaking or really important as far as i can see) :S

But big thanks for bringing it to my attention :D

Oh really? Sorry, I didn't know that they've made many changes since release. I meant the Reputation one has in the different cities/areas. Like, when you steal or hit someone you lose reputation or when you trade successfully you gain reputation.
I thought that was some cool element to add to your guide bc the decisions you make in P. have consequences like that too and there's also an achievement for which one has to have a lot of reputation in all the cities. But ofc if that's new to you I totally get why it's not included :)
Ary  [author] Oct 19, 2019 @ 11:59pm
@Jackie excuse me, but what kind of reputation do you mean? I dont remember that part at all...? maybe it got patched in? Bc if it was in the game before i probably would have put it in the table above....but i cant remember any of this, i'm really drawing blanks rn :O
