Goodbye Vamp Attacks

Description
Removes vampire attacks from Dawnguard. Untested. May only work on new games.

If the quests are not successfully removed, then the vampires will be rabbits. I hope you like rabbits.

This is only needed before getting the dawnguard dlc, rigth?

Vampire attacks just took out Alvor & Luccus in Riverwood, and Adrianne in Whiterun. This really impacts loot selling for new starts. I might as well not have a mod to stop attacks at this rate, so I am gonna unsub this.

If I have your other no attack mod enabled, is there a prefence to which one should be loaded first?

susanmel, this may only work on new games, and will not work if the quest is already running (if they were already spawned in Solitude).
