Include in a leisure zone, as part of a medical park or a private setup or residential service. I created a sightseeing bus tour line that links all my dispensaries, effectively a cannabis tour, which gets tons of use. Does not deploy any vehicles but can be boosted by park maintanence vehicles. Cims will hang out on the tables and benches in the patio area as well as enter the building to make purchases.

This asset requires PARK LIFE DLC for many of the props and fences to appear, but does not require any DLC to actually function. If you don't own Park Life DLC you can still place the park and decorate it with your own custom fences, tables, etc.

This asset also contains an overhaul, remodel and smashing together of several great assets available on the worskhop including the structure used for the main building, the greenhouse frame, the soil decals as well as the cannabis plants. All credit for these assets goes to the original authors. You will see Electricity symbols appear when placing but the sub-buildings do not generate any power.

Must be placed roadside.
