I think I can get those working again if you do.
I downloaded the program but am having trouble getting it to work. I cant find any workshops with the program. The folder appears empty. I am not sure if it is a file type issue or what. I'll have to do some digging on figuring it out but i appreciate your help.

You right click a workshop/save file, and do 'check for invalid links'. You can then right click a green invalid link (green means you have the file) and select 'Upload this asset to SteamCloud and replace URL'.
Then after that all you need to do is start up the game and upload the modified file to the workshop.
