Report a translation problem
Delete the ini file. Then go into Steam and right click the game. Click properties and go to the section that says Installed files. Click Check Integrity of Game Files. That will check the files for anything missing or corrupted and will download those files again.
On a side note, while there are games and circumstances in which I don't support cheating, generally a dev console like this isn't used for anything competetive and more often than not is used for people who enjoy a game but don't like the grind that rpgs require or just don't have a lot of time. Sometimes even to just play around in ways the original dev didn't expect. In fact, this guide isn't JUST about cheating in general but also how to activate the console which is REQUIRED for some mods to work. (Not sure if there are any for this specific game but the concept stands as what you learn here can be translated to doing the same in other games where possible.)
