Hokkaido is missing the Dexter Discordance escalation.

It's relatively simple in principle - starting from the bar, if you go directly to Dexter's room, you'll catch him as he is entering, allowing you to slip in unnoticed right after him. There is a staff member cleaning up, but she won't notice you if you walk right past her into the living room and turn right to where the Striker is. Pick up the gun and shoot Dexter on the balcony, then leave the room and head straight for the cable car (right turn, past 47's suite, and another right). Minor Things:
In Morocco's first video on gilded cage you should list the challenges 'Piano Man' and 'Dismissed!' as well since it is also done in there and in the 2nd video doing the 'Bad Blood' Opportunity 'Scenic Route' is also done there but not listed in the challenges below, little things but felt like mentioning them.
Typo in SASO of House built on sand, you have sand before it, atleast I think that's a typo.
Typo in Chameleon below SASO it says 'Chamelen' you forgot an 'O'
In Bangkok's Silent Assassin, Suit Only there is a typo in Suit Siut > Suit
Another Typo in Chef's Table Cheef > Chef

Minor things:
In Paris Holiday Hoarders you put bad 47 and st 47 first, imo i'd think that should be second since st 47 is for doing all the challenges.
In Sapienza 'Beyond the Grave' the challenge list below it only lists 'Beyond the Grave' but you also do 'Anybody There'
In Sapienza The Icon and Landslide there is a typo Siut > Suit in the Silent Assassin Suit Only and in Suit Only respectively.
In Sapienza Landslide in 'No one Sees a Roadie' doing what you did also unlocks the 'No Evidence' and 'Someone Could Hurt Themselves' thought this would be something to add to the list below.

I made this list as I played and checked your guide so I apologize if some of this had already been fixed by this time or if maybe I simply didn't see something or if I missed something. I'll be be commenting about the rest of the guide at a later date if it also has stuff missing. Hope you don't mind this wall of text style comment, sure hope I'm not wrong on anything here.

There is no Silent Assassin Suit Only for Paris and Hokkaido.

In Sapienza World of Tommorrow -
Sapienza World of Tomorrow doesn't have 'Sniper Assassin', 'Get What You Wish For', 'The Bells Are Ringing' and all of Plumber's Apprentice.

In Sapienza Landslide -
Silent Assassing, Suit Only, Crank it to Eleven has no video to go with it, also there is a typo in Assassin.

In terms of escalations:
Paris doesn't have 'The Seeger Beguile'
