Colonization for Everyone - 1492 Edition

Description
Ever wanted to colonize as Finland but by the time you have sufficient colonial range the entire east coast of the Americas is taken by Britain, France, Portugal, and Spain? Maybe establish a colony in California from Vietnam? Well, now you can! With this mod everyone gets infinite colonial range at diplomatic tech 7, which means even if you have a single port in Eastern Europe, even you can get a chance at colonization!

Game Start Edition
Chaos Edition where colonization is even more enforced for every nation with a port.

It adds the 10,000 Colonial Range at diplomatic tech 7 instead of 1, so countries will be able to colonize at around the historical discovery. Means the game will be normal EU4 for the first 40 or so years.
