Sure you can do the same for any map you download if you want to look at it or if you lose a map you have uploaded

Go into SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\513510 find folderr 1471708873 ( this map) copy that folder into SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Intralism\Editor you can then re-edit your map again
