Unlimited Resource Deposits

This mod adds a Game Rule that grants unlimited resources for all ground deposits (Water, Metals, Rare Metals).

Edit: It is not a GameRule right now, as I'm still fixing it and GameRules don't apply to existing games, this mod _does_. If you don't want endless resources anymore, deactivate the mod.

Concrete will still be limited so you can still clear it from your building spots.

Notice that this will make deep deposits useless, they will simply be unlimited, too. You still have to research the deep deposit techs to mine them, though.

How it works internally:
Every time a resource is gathered, all deposits of that resource will reset to an amount of 1000.
