“Energy Lives Here”

Exxon is a chain of gas stations owned by the ExxonMobil corporation, with over 11 000 stations across the United States.

I decided to completely re-do my old Exxon station asset since it no longer held up to my current standards.

Three signs are included in the download. RICO mod settings are also included for the store only.
Parking lots and other landscaping is not included.

This is a unique building so in the RICO Settings, you have to add "local" to make it commercial.

If you would use it with the "Real Gas Station" mod, then keep it as a unique building and change with Customize It Extended mod the construction cost to 5086 and make available petroleum to fill it up (petroleum is available with Industry DLC).
