How to craft: UNUSUAL Horseless Headless Horsemans Headtaker!

This is to help all the players out there that recived Unusual Haunted Metal Scrap and dont know what to do with it.

Intro

So, for the longest time, i have had a Unusual haunted metal scrap, and found that i couldnt really craft the Horseless Headless Horseman's Headtaker, since my scrap was unusual quality. However, recently today, i just figured out how to do it. its a simple common mistake made by most players. But before we look, how do you craft a horseless headless headmans headtaker?

The Horseless Headless Headman's Headtaker

This axe was created in the Scream Fortress 2010 update. Crafting one is pretty simple, if you navigate to the "Special" tab in Crafting, and find "Fabricate Horseless Headless Horseman's Headtaker" and just fill in the required materials.



Pretty simple, right?

Unusual Haunted Metal Scrap Situation.

But, what if you had an UNUSUAL Haunted Metal Scrap?




For most players, they will recive the regular Haunted Metal Scrap, and easily craft it. But what if you did recive an Unusual Haunted Metal scrap? Like i did, i was very confused. Whenevr i pulled up the "Fabricate Horseless Headless Horseman's Headtaker" tab, and filled in all of the required materials, my Haunted Metal Scrap never showed up. I thought this was a bug for a very long time, but it turns out its just a simple mistake i kept missing.

The Solution?

If you DO have a Unusual Haunted Metal Scrap, and it wont show up, heres your solution:

Navigate to the same place ( The Fabricate Horseless Headless Horseman's Headtaker tab) and click on where the "Haunted Metal Scrap" is required to go.





Now, select the little Checkbox down in the bottom left, and UNCHECK it.









Now your Unsual Haunted Metal Scrap should appear.

Craft it!

So... Whats next?


Now you can finally craft your Unsual Horseless Headless Headmans Headtaker!





Thats all folks. Its just a common thing most TF2 crafters dont realize.
