The Gorge Extension

First of all this is my first mod that I decided to port from Don't Starve to Don't Starve Together and it wasn't an easy task so please be careful. Here I have merged 3 of my DS into one for Don't Starve Together.


Here we are bringing all the Recipes from The Gorge into the normal gameplay. First of all remember that everything here has been done by KLEI all the credit go to them, all I did was edit a lot of image and animation in order to make compatible with regular game.

Here you will have access to more than 60 new Recipes ! Most of them will give you health and/or sanity as well.
However there are no Oven or Grill, all you have is a Cookpot that is why I have been forced to change some Recipes scheme in order to have all of them to fit into one coocking device.

Before you get start to cooking you must know that some important ingredients won't be found easily:
- Gorge Crops: tomato, potato, garlic, onion, turnip and wheep, can be generated in a farm by using a simple seed.
- Flour, requires 2 wheats.
- Spice, requires 1 durian.
- Syrup, requires 1 dragon fruit.

You can find lots of milk by shaving the lightning goats when they are sleeping, you can get a lots of seeds by giving the crops to a birdcage. For now I haven't found yet a way to add crabs in DST. I know that the crafts aren't 100% logics but I was trying to deal with them as fast as possible, if you maybe have an idea in order to make the mod better feel free to tell me.

I'm sorry about the fact that I will not share all the secret to unlock the Recipes, it will be more funny in my opinion for you guys to discover them by yourself.


You also have acces to build the Vegetable Garden allowing the player to plant multiple crops in one spot and without taking too much place. And as mentioned above you have acces to 5 new crops: tomato / potato / onion / garlic / turnip. You can find the Recipe in the Food Table. A know isssue is the fact that all the spots may not be avaible from the same angle so the player will have to turn his angle in order to place the 9 seeds.

- Gorge Crops On/Off(be careful once you have started a game with them, you must be sure that no one of them is growing in a farm before turning the crops off otherwise it will crash when being harvested!!!)
