Stackable ore!

Description
This is just a quick mod that adjust the stack size for ores inside the mines, so instead of it capping at 5 it now caps at 50!

Changes
All Iron and Copper mining nodes have been adjusted from 5 to 50
All Stone mining nodes have been adjusted from 5 to 50

Simple and straight to the point, you still need the room to carry all that ore, but at least now you can set people to mine and go off and do something else instead of having to micromanage them so much!

Let me know if you want any specific mods or adjustments =)

If you are running any of my other mods, please make sure this mod is first in the load order! =)

Even when I remove this mod it is still stuck at 50
does anybody have a fix for this?

It's stuck at 50...
I removed it and the mod still remains...
I keep using FCS and It says the vanilla setting, but it's not what's shown in the game... it won't cap back at 5.

So does it Max 50 at the node, but still stacks up to 9 + how many other stacks you can fit in character's backpack? Or can I take that stack of 50 and have a stack of 50 in my char's inventory?

are there a mod with a middle ground of 25?

Be aware that vanilla value of 5 is designed for automation.

If you do a shift+rightlick permanent order on the node, when the node is full, one of the miners takes all 5 of that ore and hauls it to the "Storage: Ore" / "Storage: Copper" / "Storage: Stone" building if you have it.

Now with 5 ore, this event happens relatively often, giving the character a break, resulting in some running to the storage that can often be used to grab food on the way. With 5 a character doesn't need to have ungodly strenght to run, as 5 ore weights about 45kg, so the haul run is actually a run most of the time, and if you meet a rabid bonedog on the way, you might have a chance to reach the outpost/town before the dog takes you down.

With 50 stacksize you'll have them mine for hours and when they finish, if a character takes 50 ore in the inventory with the stack modification this introduces, they wont be running.

Having said that, more sand for the sandbox!

Will do! Thanks for the tip, I'll remember to do that and see how that works out. Happy to give/receive help!

Thanks for bringing it to my attention =) It seems (somehow) my Better Balanced Bags has edited the raw iron data, but I'm not sure how - I might have fixed it, but if it's still not stacking make sure the stackable ore mod is above any of my other mods in the load order =)

Sorry about the issue I'll look into it further in the morning =)

Not sure if there's an error on my side, or because the node is technically in my base, but iron nodes won't stack past 5 for me. I figured I may as well bring it up just in case something went wrong. Will update if I reach a different conclusion.
