Lakview Manor- Better Exterior

Description
I added a few thngs outside the house:

Full forge, without smelter
Aspen trees and shrubs
A road (Driveway) coming into the house
Benches
Viewing spot
Docks going out to the island, with a campfire, chairs, cooking spit, and beddrolls, in case you have the urge to camp outside for the night

If anyone wants to add to this please feel free, i did this for my own game but figured if anyone else wants to use it your more then welcome, i will not be making any more changes to this, like i said, it was for my game :)

This is not my first mod, just a different name, under my CadenBlack account i have 12 but this is my playing profile

it shouldnt no, but even if the house in not built the additions will still be there

i will do that, if i get a few days off i will make one for the house near whiterun, maybe put a road in and a couple houses with npc living in them to work the farm :)

thanks, I have trouble downloading from nexus. never works for me. tried many times. so I guess I'll stick with Lakeside. If you have a steam mod for the other two please let me know.

Thank you Jocash, this winstad mannor is complete, and probably the ost complex work i have done, the only thing abut it is you would need a mod to go with it from nexus, but to me its the best work of have done in decoraring, and again thank you so much for your kind words :)

I lreally like this mod, I always bring the dids here to live. I can't wait till these changes are made at the other two houses, so we a choice of where to live. I like the Dawnstar home with the view of Whiterun. thanks for your hard work.
