Description

Add a book to Helgen Keep that grants full crafting levels and perks when read.

Please note that this will only grant vanilla perks ;)

Any chance you could make, oh idon't know, an book of infinite knowledge? Read it and you have every perk and level. Or maybe a series of books.

It doesn't add perks, it grants all the existing perks; as if you spent perk points.

Could you explain the effects a little bit more, i got that it adds perks but like what kind of perks? ( Sorry for the hassle )

you should be able to go get it on existing people, but I did not test it
