The Galra Empire

Description
Adds the Galra Empire from Voltron: Legendary Defender! (Updated for 2.7.*) Includes many of the characters from season 1 through season 6. I plan on the rulers (currently: Zarkon, Haggar, and - for fun - Governess Dayak from Season 6 Episode 1) having the variety of portraits and everyone else having a single portrait. The exception to this is the Druids because they all look alike and wear similar clothing. Music from Seasons 1, 6, and 7! Version 2.2.1 comes with medicated (glitch-free) original Voltron Faction Mods! Praise YHWH! Praise YHWH! The glitch is dead! Also my original faction mods no longer mention an "error" about disabled dlc!

I just made a species, an accompanying namelist, and a couple of flags. If anyone is able to mod Stellaris in terms of the other features of Stellaris and especially spaceships, I am willing to share credit as owner of the mod!

Both versions of The Galra Empire are technically compatible with each other. The Achievement-Compatible mod gets overwritten by the original so that when trying to customize portraits for the Achievement-Compatible mod while playing with both mods active, you will see the vanilla "rep2" species.

I intend to make a "bare-bones" original mod for each faction and a mega-mod which has all the factions. After that is done, I will be making an Achievement-Compatible for each mod. Then, I can give each mod more attention.

Funny Story! When I was testing the Achievement-Compatible mods, I forgot that I had to make sure Ironman was active! I was pretty frustrated to see the red words indicating no achievement. Thank Yeshua for helping me to realize silly mistakes like that!

Today is December 14, 2018. I need to refocus priorities in my life and so will not be providing the "meat" updates that I had originally promised. I will try to keep these mods compatible but will not be adding to them. If anyone is willing to give these mods the attention they deserve from someone more passionate (and hopefully more skilled) than me, please let me know so I can move aside as mod developer.

Apologies, High-Marshall, but awhile back when Paradox implemented the new launcher, I wasn't able to update the mod - any of them in fact. It kept rewriting my edits and I haven't been able to figure out a work around. Again, apologies.:steamsad:

Apologies for a lack of update, everyone! I really want to fix the glitch before adding to the mods. Nothing I can think of seems to be working thus far, including having a modded graphical_culture. Whatever bug which is renaming the City Appearance and Ship Appearance is preventing that attempt from counting as a fix.

Factions of Voltron Legendary Defender will be its own mega-mod while each faction is also its own mod.
Step 1: Research Images for Species and Flags (Complete for species; flags is still needing Altea)
Step 2: Use GIMP to edit and convert the images for Stellaris
Step 3: Structure of Files and Folders for each of the faction mods and the mega-mod
Step 4: Test each local version then upload for everyone's enjoyment! :steamhappy:

Please try to identify which mod may be conflicting with my nonachievement (original) mod so I can update this mod's description. I will also let the developer of the conflicting mod know.
