Description
This map is intended for hide and seek, Team Deathmatch or Player vs Environment games, but than again its gmod, so you can do whatever.

This map also is by far one of my weirdest maps created so far. It was originaly intended to be a dust2 type map but instead I just kept on adding more and more stuff untill I basically reached the maximum safe amount of entities on the map. I don't even remember what my thought process was, but one thing that I'm certain of, is that I made a castle along the way.

Description:

- The map doesn't require any additional addons or games all you need to have is Garry's mod aka GMOD.
- The map has a similar layout of CS:S de_dust2 map.
- The map features AI nodes or Info_nodes. (They allow the NPCs to navigate through the map).
- The map doesn't have NextBot navigation. (If you want them, you could try typing nav_genarate in the console)
- The map has both interior and exterior section.

PS: Do not listen to the posters, they are the ones that lie, you absolutely cannot climb on the top of the roofs, there are no hidden areas, I SWEAR there are invisable walls to keep the player in the map!

I would love to get HL:Alyx, but I don't own VR .... So I would try it out if I had anything to test it with. Maybe once they release something with source 2 on pc I'll check it out :winter2019sadyul:.

I've been loving your work, not many people will take the time to make AI nodes and info nodes and even a navmesh.

I see. I actually thought I haven't made every individual square of the windows destroyable, weird.

Unfortunately, this and the riveroutpost map are the only ones that offer more universal (Team-deathmatch, hide and seek, murder gamemodes) gameplay. Most of my maps are more indended for PvE or PvP gameplay.

You misunderstand; the 12 window thing made it almost addictive to get each window pane consecutively destroyed, plus I personally didn't like the climbable ivy much at all, considering how much I rely upon the Climb SWEP Infinite-Walljump Exploit. If you take any suggestions for improvements, I'd say lower the vents to force proning instead of crouching, but that would lessen the audience more than it already has. I'd say there's not much to improve beyond that, and I'm planning on trying out a few more of your maps when I get the chance. Good stuff!

I will fix the nodraw texture (see through floor) eventually, thank you for reporting it.

This map does need some improvement, but unfortunately I lost interest in source SDK and even couldn't finish a halloween map I was working on. So I can't promise to improve the windows or make all of the ivy climbable.

Found out why I was being forced off, and apparently it was just the Ivy in the side of the building, which is less interesting than I interpretted it, but whatever. I also noticed a lot of windows on the map with multiple panes have individual pane physics, turning 1 window into 12. Looks like there's plenty more to explore too.

God, this map is pretty much how I'd design one; tons of vents, pretty much no limits whatsoever, and if there is a limit, it's just a surreally magical balcony that can force people off if they do not mount it correctly. It's very Climb SWEP friendly, plenty of dark areas to hide out in, high sniping areas, and so many doors that it's hard to traverse without being heard. It's a Stealth combat dream come true, in map form. I love the absolute lack of culling, but there was one tiny graphic error:
