Step 1: Get a WEBM file
The easiest way to do this is to use an online video converter. I'm not going into detail on this, it's rather simple.
Step 2: Replace the default one
Navigate to your CS:GO installation file. If you haven't changed its location, it should be in this location:

Drag your WEBM file into the folder, and delete the old nuke.webm

And now launch your game. Profit.

Post Scriptum: This works with every animation file here. These include:
the loading screen for CSGO:

the match searching animation:

If you replace the character model with a blank model, potentially. This guide is only how to replace the videos, so I'm not gonna give you advice, as I don't know anything.

Also Smick it has something to do with the code.c or something else. It's impossible to remedy, but it's only like a 5% offset. If it bothers you that much you can compromise and lower it by half, so that it's only 2.5% off or so on the first and 2.5% off on the subsequent replays.

AFAIK Mr.Dodge you'd have to replace the character model for the SAS, I think it's isolated from the actual ingame model. There's another popular guide on how do to it.

Any idea why a video is laggy on it's first play through, fine after that
