Replaces the main campaign credits music with the melacholic 'We Took Each Other's Hand',the 2nd official ED of the anime 'Gakkou Gurashi!' (aka. School Live!), performed by Kaori Sawada.

@Moist Rozits Same from what it says in the title and description; it's from the anime 'Gakkou Gurashi!' , also known by its english name, 'School Live!'
