Traditional clan improvement

This mod gives the traditional military chain a stronger modernisation debuff also gives all traditional units morale boost (you wouldn't imagine your faithful samurai to abandon you in battle do you?) Archers also have more ammo and fire faster. Now you could choose to stay under modernisation level 1 but still build the first tier economic building chains. Enjoy!

SENDAI UPDATE

Sendai can enjoy some new traditional units such as catapults and ships and a new shock infantry.

Overhaul of the morale and other stuff.

From now on the traditional units no longer have better morale unless you are at clan development 1.

For an example if Satsuma has Clan Development 3 their traditional units will have garbage morale and if they have Development level 1 their traditional units will have excellent morale and will be cheaper to recruit with more experience.
