Aerial attack sequence is a bit poorly described. Go to Stridulitron and equip the Diametor and Osmoflux. On the first wave of the first encounter, you'll face one enemy. Rocket launch them and stake them at a near 90° angle towards the ceiling. Once they'll hit the ceiling and die, you'll be granted this attack sequence. If it doesn't work first try, experiment with shard upgrade damage until you get it right.
