Hearths for StoneHearth - Ascendancy

Everyone loves StoneHearth. Some love being able to build things, like buildings, homes, and workplaces. Others like to build other things, like castles, towns, and cities. It's a game full of people with different tastes, and playstyles. This "mod", if you could call it that, is (going to be) a collection of HEARTHS. Homes for our hearthlings.

In this mod, I will be storing all Hearths I design and post. A Hearth is a home that is meant to be permanent. There will be no tiny huts with a bed, these are built for the comfort of the little guys that make your towns work. This mod will contain Hearths both small and large, and will span through all village Tiers, with each containing an array of unique design pallets, height profiles, and layout that will allow YOU to build a diverse and unique community of individuality.

Join me along for the ride of helping StoneHearth develop, grow, and help the dev's focus on what matters by taking care of the lack of presets.

Hearth for 1: In Design

Going to be a simple hearth for 1. No real design quirks. Just focusing on functionality and looks.

Hearth for 2 - A: Implemented

A simple Tier 1 Hearth. Home for 2 Hearthlings. It's larger than the standard Ascendancy templates as it is more permanent in nature, containing more than just a bed. It is similar in size to the Herbalist's Hut. Requires a carpenter, a mason, and a novice weaver. Contains my first attempt at an awening. Let me know how I did.

Hearth for 2 with Deck - A: Implemented

A Variant of the Hearth for 2 - A. It adds a deck to the rear of the hearth. I tried using tables, chairs and fences to acheive a more stick-like support structure, but those method's either won't currently build, or require digging, and don't look like how I like. I'm going to play around with it. I'm also tossing the idea of making my own mods with models to help build interesting structures, such as supports, more fence pieces, and internal shelving. I'll have to look into it.

Hearth for 2 - B: In Design

Another Hearth for 2, it's going to be wider, but thinner. It's designed for spaces where there might not be enough depth for a normal hearth, but width is not an issue.




UPDATE: Come June 17th I will have the crafter's version of this format up, with Storage, Defense(Barracks/Walls) or Producer Buildings(Trappers, Farmers, Shepherds) coming after that. I'd like to leave what's after up to a vote in the comment's below, but we will see what kind of engagement we get.
