Breezehome Nordic House

Description
[Breezehome Nordic House

Hello there everyone!

Ever since I have started playing Skyrim I found out that almost every player house were very poor in decoration and style, and this opinion was vastly reenforced when I saw Shawkab releasing is Hideout here on this site, is work refreshed our day by day play in this game but , with such a great Mod the house itself was not at the same rate and level, so I thought, why not building a house that could leave up to Shawkab Hideout level in style and presentation...

I started searching for the hundreds of House Mods available, but for one reason or another I didn't liked them, so with the Creation Kit release, I started playing with it and created this Breezehome Nordic House version...

Breezehome Nordic House Content Notes

For starting I did not changed the house room structure, there are no sized rooms or new created ones,
The house maintains its original interior sizes , and this cause I do not find attractive to enter a small
house to find a huge mansion interior that haves nothing to do in size with the exterior house dimensions.

In this house Mod you can find a completely redecorated Breezehome interior, much more attractive to be at
that the original game House, a large fireplace stone statues and columns Noble bedroom Enchanting and Alchemy
tables House carl bedroom dining area and much more...

Important Notes

Future updates can be done since I plan on restructuring the house exterior size in order to make more rooms inside it...
This house is fully compatible with Shawkabs Dovahkin Hideout that you can find in this link here:

Installation

Attention

It is advisable that before you install this house Mod remove all your stuff and house clutter and save the game after this removals so that after the Mod install you do not find your stuff missing or clutter scattered all over the house...

It is also advisable to install this house and use it in a previous saved game that you didn't enter the house yet, Why this?
Cause the game stores every kind of information over your saved games and you can be lucky and the mod loads properly or just loads with objects from your last saved game that belong to the previous house... So for better results install this house and use it with a saved game that you just bought the house...

Just put the breezehome nordic house.esp in

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data

Do not forget to enable the file in you skyrim launcher under Data Files...

For this to work, do you need to have bought just the home itself or do you need to buy upgrades from proventis ?

Awesome job! This is just exactly what I was looking for! This does a wonderful remodel of Breezehome without trying to turn it into a McMansion with all the bells and whistles. No basement, no smithing shop, no secret rooms and no manikins. It's NOT perfect! As Xailord said; a few too many greybeard statues and I would add to that dragon skulls! But, I can live with it. And as an other author mentioned; discreet use of the markfordelete command can do wonders. BTW, I'm running Hearthfire, and aside from a couple of pieces of furniture and some bric-a-brac from the vanilla version, everything is running fine. I'm in the end game (level 115), and just loaded it straight in and jumped back in on my last save..

bof.. on se croirait dans une maison de vieux collectionneurs bien kitch, c'est un gros bric à brac... des statues de 200kg posées sur un sol en bois...? etc...
