Eliminus Death Spell - Mod

Description
An Instant Death Spell Mod.
The spell tome is found in the Penitus Occulatus Outpost in Dragon Bridge.
The spell costs a significant amount of magicka.
It drains 1000 points of health from your target, per second. Some enemies will not fall immediatley after being hit with this spell, it may take about 3 seconds for tougher foes to die. I made this spell for weaker players, so don't complain about how long it takes to kill a higher level foe.

There are currently no known bugs.
If you discover any, please let me know.

you know all the people who are asking for magicka cost reductions , you guys can just go load this in to the creator's kit and then lower it and play with it all you want

I cant find the Penitus Occulatus Outpost in Dragon Bridge or Dragon Bridge. please help

@hatersgannahatex3 If youre having a problem with magicka and are willing to mod, chances are youre willing to use console commands.

Go onto the consol (key above tab for windows) and type 'player.setav magicka <#>' with <#> being how high you want your magicka points to be.

Excuse me, but I don't see you making any mods. Sit down, relax, and wait. I'll get to it when I can. You've also been flagged for harassment on that part. Continue, and ill report again. No such thing as lava dragons in skyrim, and be nicer in your next post.

Please lower the cost of magica into 1 please i always get killed by a stalking lava dragon :l
