[simfphys] Halo Reach Mongoose

Description
Just a quick something I've wanted for a while now. Took an existing model from a model pack, split the wheels and body in blender then stuck it on Simfphys base.

That does mean you need Simfphys base for this to work.

Controls nice, sounds nice, looks nice. Only improvment I could see would be if the 'stearing wheel' moved with the players animations.
