Sisters of Avelorn affected by tech and a new skill

Descripción
Precise Fletching now affects Sisters of Avelorn, Shadow Warriors and Shadow-walkers.

A new skill has been added for these archers units to boost their melee capabilities. Similar to militia master but slightly weaker:
Level 1: +2MD
Level 2: +4MD & +4MA
Level 3: +6MD & +6MA
It comes available at level 10.

Tested this mod today on Vortex campaign and it still works! It's also save game compatible!

Nope, sorry. CA updated the techs and it is honestly no longer necessary, you can use it to make your own though.

In the new update, the new High Elf lords are missing the new 3-rank skill which should unlock at level 10.

Sorry I will be unable to update the mod for quite a while. However I think that it should still work fine. As far as I have seen none of the changes implemented by CA would affect this mod. Just use the enable out of date mods.
