[DS/OD][Dodge] Akimbo SMG Build

This build makes use of the newly added Akimbo SMG weapons.
With CRITS and hostage taker, you no longer need to see an empty healthbar while having high DPS

Introduction

Gameplay with this build :

HOW TO USE THIS BUILD

FIRST
Save as many tied (your tied civs, not your teammate's) civilians and try to not lose/kill them because it'll come in handy later on.
SECOND
Try to always have 2 converted cops on your team, an armored SWAT or ZEAL is preferred due to their tank-like HP. If you can't melee them, just shoot them anywhere.
THIRD
Move around, don't just sit down because this build is somewhat a teamplay/solo play build, without moving you can't really hunt enemies and its not fun :(
Teamplay = you provide cover for your team because of your high damage output, you direct aggro to converted cops, you have inspire and high mobility, meds (use them wisely, don't drop 2 meds at the same time, always keep 1 for emergencies)
Soloplay = dodge, hostage taker, dodge, kills, dodge.

What you need

Knowledge on how to dominate/convert enemies

Surviving with dodge

brain

with enough experience and knowledge, you can be a fast tank with a suit + hostage taker.

Skills + Perks

MASTERMIND

INSPIREE!!!
Meds can be replaced by FAKs but it's not really helpful for the team, you also get passive healing with hostage taker so I wouldn't really recommend it.
Why not aced jokers? meh, only saves a bit of time, skill points can be used in other parts of this build.

ENFORCER

just quality of life skills, if you dont have enough skill points, you can ignore this tree

TECHNICIAN

extra weapons stats, and faster reload. if you dont have enough skill points, you can ignore drill skills

GHOST

Dodge and movement skills (a necessity for dodge builds)
CRITS are really important, it's one of your main source of damage, dont skip this one
extra melee concealment is also nice to have

FUGITIVE

swansong and nine lives, basics
akimbo skills are nice to have.

ROGUE, most dodge

Notes : "--" means optional mods

PRIMARY WEAPON

Akimbo Kobus 90 (P90)

Why the P90s? because it has speedpull mags, the reload time is very fast
Mods:
Tactical Compensator
Speedpull Magazine
--you can add the new mod that makes your gun look cool, I forgot what it's called
--you can add any boost you want, i recommend +concealment
--you can add the tiny laser if you want

How to use it?
Run - Shoot - Reload - Eat ammo off the ground - do all that at the same time
try to aim for the head.

--other weapons can be used, Akimbo Typewriter and Akimbo Kross Vertex are viable options, just keep the weapons as concealed as possible for maximum crits

SECONDARY WEAPON

5/7 Pistol (more crits)

Mods:
TiN Treated Barrel
Extended Magazine
--you can add any boost you want, I suggest using +concealment
--you can add the tiny laser if you want

How to use it?
Use it as a secondary weapon and to kill shields. (super effective vs captain since it has AP ammo and Armor Penetrating capability.

The Judge (looks cooler)

Mods:
HE Round
OR
Dragon's Breath Round
--you can add the new mod that makes your gun look cool, I forgot what it's called
--you can add any boost you want
--you can add the tiny laser if you want

How to use it?
Use HE rounds to stun enemies and remove dozer's faceplate, and to kill shields
Use fire rounds to stun enemies and to kill shields

MELEE WEAPON

The pen, its actually a pencil (or any max concealment melee)
