How to craft The Ban Hammer

The Ban Hammer is an exclusive item that only Gaben has access to but in a recent patch there is a glitch where you can craft it. So here is my guide of how to unlock the Ban Hammer!

An Overview Of The Ban Hammer

The Vintage Banhammer is Gabe Newell's special item that was made for him to ban hackers or just people he didn't like (such as that spawn camping w+m1 pyro). Players that have been killed by it get their steam account banned *not just a VAC ban*. Due to a recent glitch in TF2, this is now craftable. Note: The Ban Hammer can only ban player's steam accounts if used by a VALVE employee, it only bans players from a game server and can not be used in comp. This item only comes in Vintage quality because the only account to own this has it in Vintage quality. Also note that you can only get this item by having a premium TF2 account.

Getting Started

Before crafting it, you need to own all the Spy weapons because Gaben's favourite class is the Spy (not including reskins such as the black rose, ap sap, wanga prick ect). If you need to get the items from scrap.tf or something and you just got all of them, then restart your game. You also need at least 5 hours on spy. The last thing is you need a home wrecker (pyro weapon) for the glitch to work.

Crafting The Ban Hammer

To craft The Ban Hammer, first go to the "Custom Blueprint" section of the crafting menu. There, you will need:

• 1 Unusual Haunted Scrap Metal (halloween achivement item)
  
• 1 Strange weapon (doesn't matter what it is, it just needs to be a strange)
  
• 4 Mann Co Crates of any type
  
• 2 Mann Co Crate Keys
  
• 4 Ref
  
  Then place them specificly like this
  
  
  Then if done correctly you will get this screen
  
  
  If done incorrectly you will craft a random crate of no value. Also you craft it in non tradeable/not usable in crafting and in Vintage quality because this glitch coppies the item from Gaben's inventory.
  Enjoy banning those pesky W+M1s or that one hacking sniper on kong king!
