More Nations

Description
More nations releases alot of countries and also adds a few new ones.
Some major nations have been replaced by smaller nations that can form major nations.

Also started adding some new missions.

So far I have mainly focused on europe and the middle east area.
I'm not aiming for historical accuracy. Just trying to make the game a bit more interesting.

Any news on when it will be updated for 1.30 patch? Great work this mod, used this for a 20+ people MP game right before 1.30 landed. it worked fine and was a balanced minors game. Thanks for that!
