A Better Mysterious Liquid?

Just to fill in to whoever is not familiar with that mod:

Changes:
- If the player picks up a certain items that gives statuseffects to enemies, the puddle of tears changes color to that appropriate effect and gives a 50% chance upon dealing damage to an enemy to also apply that statuseffect to that enemy for 8 seconds
- Effects include: Fear(purple), Slow(white), Burn(orange), Charm(pink), Poison(green), Confusion(lightgrey), Bleed(red), Freeze(darkgrey), Midas's touch effect (gold), Shrink (darkblue) and a special state that changes color (and status effect) every so often (Rainbow).
- The puddle has on default the poison status effect
- These effects don't stack

The items that I qualified for the statuseffect to change include not always items that make sense (like, you can get the burn effect from hot bombs). I might change this in the future if people don't like that I gave so many items the ability to change the effect, but I thought it was important that as much items as possible could change the effect, since you might not even happen to stumble upon any items if I qualified too few of them...

Items that change the status effect for each effect individually:
-Slow: Ball of tar, Broken Watch, Censer, Juicy Sack, Little Gish, Night Light, Spider Bite, Stop Watch, Large Zit, Parasitoid
- Poison: Common Cold, Ipecac, Scorpio, Bob's Brain, Serpent's Kiss, Virus, Toxic Shock, Bob's Curse, Black Bean, Contagion, Dead Tooth
- Fear: Abaddon, Dark Matter, Mom's Perfume, My Shadow, Spear of Destiny
- Charm: Ball of Bandages, Betrayal, Glitter Bombs, Mom's Eyeshadow, Poke go
- Burn: Fire Mind, Hot Bombs, Explosivo, Ghost Pepper
- Confusion: Butt bombs, Glaucoma, Iron Bar
- Bleed: Backstabber, Mom's Razor
- Midas' Touch: Eye of Greed, Midas' Touch
- Freeze: Mom's Contacts, Charged Baby, Broken Modem
- Shrink: God's Flesh
- Rainbow: 3-Dollar bill, fruit cake
