Actually, it's about three floating parks. A set of three 1X1 floating parks.

You can place a bench over a quay, or over a retaining wall in game. But it'll never work. You'd need a park with a working bench. But you can't raise or lower a park. Floating park can. You can place a floating park with his working bench over anything, a quay, a retaining wall, a bridge, a building, a pedestrian elevated path, etc.

You just have to take two things into account:
- For greater precision, I have raised the benches 10 cms above the ground. You'll need "Move it!" to place them in the right site, and "Prop Snapping" to put them at the right height.
- This is an OnGround park, therefore you must put it first near a street. And, then, don't place it beyond 4 squares from the street.

In addition, the bench's platform also serves as a platform for others conforming props.
