Small Georgian Philly Rowhouses

Description
A set of Georgian-era (late 18th-early 19th century) Philadelphia rowhouses. Three individual rows are included, with 4 houses on each 3x2 lot.

Common in Society Hill and Old City, but comparable rowhouses can be found all over the city, from Frankford to Germantown.

Coming soon: corner pieces, larger rowhouses of same era.

Have you looked at Lost Gecko's French houses? A couple of them might be a good match for more 18th-century-style housing for your "Franklin" project.

Nice! Just wondering what the 6' Wood Fence is for, as I don't see them in any of the screenshots?

Another great asset for Philly fans. I like the 'group' of buildings together... it's different from the individual houses you created in the Trinity series. It makes it easier to select them from assets when making a district style. Thanks for sharing your talent in the workshop.

Beee-yooo-dee-ful! Love it. And g*d*mmit! Now I have to tear up half my d*mn city! I was using british "terraced housing" to fake real Philly colonial houses.. now you've made these gems and it's wrecking ball time! :)
