Stat Requirements for Prom

This guide provides the minimum stats needed for characters to say yes to going to prom with you.

Introduction

This guide will give you the minimum stat points you need to get a character to accept your prom invite.

This guide is still in progress. There is something weird going on with Multiplayer Stat requirements. They are lower than I have listed, but only sometimes. I am sticking with stats for a guaranteed yes until I figure it out.

For anyone revisiting the guide and looking for the all characters section, it turns out I was completely wrong. So sorry. Those numbers were still somewhat useful before heart points were solved but not anymore.

In Multiplayer if you do not have the highest heart points with the character you ask they will say no even if you meet all their requirements. You have to be the player they heart the most. I believe this was done so that multiple players cannot take the same person to prom. I am trying to find out what happens if two people are tied but this is very difficult to do.

If you need further explanation please keep reading this section, otherwise you've seen enough to skip ahead to the characters you are interested in.

QUIZ

During the starting quiz the first two questions each give +1 point to a couple characters. I don't think it is easy to figure out which. If you want to try to puzzle out which answers correspond to which characters for heart points I recomend clicking this link to a great quiz guide.

The last quiz question where you try to pick the answer for the person you want from the six options gives +3; the same as if you choose their side in the cafeteria events. This means you could end a quiz with as many as 5 heart points for a character. Since the quiz is still fairly unpredictable you should probably just assume you only have these 3 points.

STAT CHECK

When you pass a stat check you get +2 heart points with the character that approves of the answer, not everyone present. Sometimes the game shows their face with a heart symbol but not every time. If you fail you lose 1 heart point with the person you disapoint.

DATE EVENT

During the last evening you can get a special one on one date event. If you succeed in these events you get +4 heart points. There are one on one events that are not dates. It'll be fairly clear if you are on a date or not.

MULTIPLAYER ONLY

In multiplayer there is an event where a potential prom date will ask a player about one of their relationships. They can help the relationship or sabotage it, with the heart point change being +4 or -4. It can be a very nice boon or a devistating loss.

Also in multiplayer sometimes a character will come to a player and ask them to help choose between two other players. Whoever they pick gets +3 heart points with that character.

The last multiplayer only event I haven't explained is there are events where you have to remember other player's stats to choose the right person. A success here gets both players +2 points with everyone present.

Stats Required For Zoe:
(In the order of Hearts/Creativity/Charm)

Short. Mult. = 7/9/6
Reg. Mult. = 9/13/7
Short Sing. = 9/12/7
Reg. Sing. = 18/16/10

Stats Required For Calculester:
(In the order of Hearts/Smarts/Fun)

Short Mult. = 7/9/6
Reg. Mult. = 9/13/7
Short Sing. = 9/12/7
Reg. Sing = 18/16/10

...only after writing them out fully TWICE did I notice they were identical but for the stat needed. Oh well!

Throught my recent games, i guess Cal main required Stats is Smarts and a high Heart count, and Zoe is Creativity!
