How To Get Rid of The "Early Access Beta" Text (Manually)
By TritnewNG
Since SSR isn't gonna be updated anytime soon, there's a VERY easy way to get rid of the "Early Access Beta" text on top of your screen, and this guide will help you do exactly that!

Introduction
Considering that the devs of SSR aren't gonna be updating the game anytime soon, with the last update being released almost two years ago, that "Early Access Beta" text is kinda outdated by now, and kinda annoying, and also gets in the way of the screen.

Forget being nice, the texts friggin' sucks balls.

However, thanks to Owlett VII, they created a blank texture to put over the text to get rid of it once and for all.
But since no one knows how to actually put that texture into the game, this guide is gonna help you in doing just that.

You're probably saying to yourself "But Tritnew, can't the uneducated dongs just figure it out themselves?", well, yes, they can. But I'm making this guide for convinence sakes.

Anyways, let us begin, shall we?
Step 2: Open Your Nearest SSR Folder
Right click SSR in your Steam library, it should bring up a list of options, like "play game", "view news", ect. Down below everything is "Properites", click on that and it should bring up a window. Go to "Local Files", then click "Browse Local Files", it should open up the game's folder!
Step 3: Adding The Texture
Okay, you downloaded the texture, you opened SSR's folder, now what? Well, you gotta add the texture into the game! Now, how do we do that?

The game's data is stored into these .GRO files, they may seem like normal files, but they're actually folders.
Similar to the last step, right click the .GRO files and then open it with any program you use to extract your files, like RAR or 7zip. I recommend RAR personally. There's two seperate files, All_01.gro and All_02.gro, open All_02.gro. I already opened it with RAR, so I can open it like a breeze.

Alright, you got the folder opened! Now there's a few folders you have to tap into, the obvious one is "Textures".
Okay, head into it, and find a folder called "Interface". Get the "EarlyAccess.tex" file from your downloads folder (or where you set Chrome or any browser you use to put your downloads in) and put it in there.
Close out of everything, start your game, and see if it worked.
That's All Folks!
If the text was removed, then the game can now be enjoyed without that freakin' text on top of your screen.

It should look like this.

Anyways, I hope this guide helped and was clear enough for everyone, if you have any questions just comment below, and I would love for you guys (or chicks) to rate this guide!

Special Thanks
Owlett VII for the download for the blank texture.
Croteam and AlligatorPit for being such awesome devs.
Workshop Download
The file has now been uploaded to the Workshop where it rightfully belongs, thanks to a certain user.

I'll still have this guide up for those who prefer to do it manually.
