[WIP] Blue Marlin Dockwise V1

From the engineers at Cartoba Industries, we bring our first created ship, the Blue Marlin!

Released ahead of Schedule for testing, This ship will be able to rescue any stranded vessel out there.

This ship is due to return to the docks for further upgrades and improvements to the ballast system, interior fitout, electronic systems and more.

Pre release testing proved itself successful in transporting the base game tanker with ease with plenty of room to carry larger and longer ships.

This ship has the following:
Front ballast
Rear Ballast
6 large diesel engines (3 in each rear tower)
2 Jet engines
Bow thruster
12 ship propellers
12 rudders
4 pilot seats (only far left one is configured currently)
3 large winches (1 on each tower and 1 behind the and bridge)

There are a few issues with the ballast system in the rear currently and requires full management to avoid over-ballast.

***WARNING***
Front ballast can be filled completely but rear ballast needs adjustment but does work with correct management of fill level.
Any cargo must be placed central with the ship and secured using the two rear side winches and the front winch.
Loading operations must NOT be carried out during storms.

As mentioned at the beggining and in the title, this is V1 of this ship and has many improvements in the future.
