*fixed non admins can spawn this weapon
+added a new hit pos effect

Why do admins need things they can abuse with? Btw more of a quick way to kill shit than usefull admin stuff.

Idk if its this mod or what but whenever i kill myself with this weapon it plays a song and i cant get rid of it. can you tell me how to fix this or something?

ITTSSS SOOOO FUCKING EPIIIIIICCCC I LOVE IT I WOULD USE THIS EVERY TIME ON SINGLE PLAYER! (mite add it to a costom job on my soon to be running server witch will be dark rp)
