What is a Spy Crab?
A Spy Crab is a truly beautiful creature. They are dangerous, mysterious and especially, handsome.
They are masters of romance and disguise. They are... spies.
The Basics
To get real, these creatures are at risk of extinction. If you ever spot one of these extremely rare creatures, treat it with respect. If you ever see someone kill a Spy Crab, make them pay.

These creatures are endangered because of other creatures, for example, Gibus Engineers or tryhards. Most Spy Crabs know how to get out of these situations, but the babies don't know what to do, so often times, they are killed.
Behavior
The incredible Spy Crab behaves rather pecurliarly in specific situations, but when it is in danger, it knows what to do. It will either cloak and run, or attempt to kill its predators.

During mating season, the Spy Crab will strut his stuff. If multiple Spy Crabs want the same mate, they will fight TO THE DEATH. Every crab will attempt to kill one another just to get to their mate. Luckily, it doesn't matter how many are killed during mating because females can lay up to 200 eggs a year. The female will dig into the ground to lay her eggs, and after 1-2 months, the little baby Spy Crabs will dig their way out and begin to invade the server.

Prey and Natural Predators
The Spy Crab doesn't have many predators. Some of the few it does have are Gibus Engineers, tryhards, and especially, Pyros. Gibus Engineers with their gigantic nests full of sentries and dispensers are an instant threat towards the Spy Crab. The demonic tryhard will stop at nothing to kill a Spy Crab. If you can, votekick the tryhard before they kill the beautiful crab. The Pyros only see magic and rainbows, so they never realize they are killing real people. They go after Spy Crabs, though, because of the fact that they look like unicorns to the Pyro.

The Spy Crab is very opportunistic. In their natural environment, often times 2fort, they usually stay near intense battle zones between bases. Their favorite food is Medic gibs. They absolutely LOVE bloody pieces of meat and flesh, especially with remnants from the Medi Gun's healing rays. They add a sweet and salty flavor to block out the bitterness.
Taming a Spy Crab
If you're lucky, you may be able to find one on the Welovefine Valve store. I got mine there, he's adorable and I love him

Congratulations!

I have been researching my cousin species the spycrab, and I have come to a conclusion. Spycrabs cannot go extinct. When a spycrab dies, baby spycrabs are created in the dead spycrab, then hide away to become a fully grown spycrab, or sometimes the shpeecrab like me. The reason we dont see spycrabs much anymore is because they learn from their predecessor's death. 2-5 baby spycrabs are released from a dead adult spycrab, 1-4 go to inaccessable parts of the map to live, while some stay above land in purpose to die or mate. The ones in inaccessable parts are building an empire, and someday they will rise to the surface and overthrow everyone else with enhanced pincers and large numbers. The day is coming soon, fellow spycrabs/shpeecrabs, we will take over the badlands very...very soon...*

P.S. shpeecrabs do not produce offspring on death due to them reviving themself somewhat scientifically
