Yacht Club de Monaco

Description
Hi community,

as you can see in the 7. episode of PugGamings Project: Monaco, a Cities: Skylines Community Series, it's a great pleasure for me to publish the Yacht Club de Monaco Clubhouse.

Yacht Club de Monaco
The Clubhouse is the venue of the Yacht Club de Monaco, located in Monte Carlo, Monaco. It was completed in 2014 and provides a restaurant, a salon, a roof-top bar and plenty of space for stores in the ground floor. In addition, the Yacht Club is hosting various annual sailing contests and other events.

Architects: Foster + Partners
Location: Monte Carlo, Monaco
Area: ~9.000 m²
Opening: 2014

Reproduction info
It's my first asset that is based on design drawings. I had a lot of fun with it. I also enjoyed the challenge of recreating it as accurately as possible. Btw, the building is about 204 meters long, so I had to shorten the ground floor slightly.

If you don't use Ploppable RICO, you will find this building in your Unique Building panel.

Have fun!

You like my assets and want to support my work? That's cool! Thank you.

@jonathan.n747 Hi. Level 3 commercial buildings require a higher degree of security than level 2 or level 1 commercial buildings. But there's another point I couldn't find online. I think that level 3 commercial buildings with an unusually large number of jobs require an even higher degree of security. For example, a RICO level 3 commercial building with 124 jobs is more susceptible to crime than a vanilla level 3 commercial building with 24 jobs. I have some of these RICO buildings in my city. They cause exactly the same issues. Don't worry.

the 'crime rate is high' keeps popping on and off ... any idea why? tried placing several police stations, surveillance cams but same issue. thought it was a fault in my road design but the same still happens after i changed the road layout. help?
