Pretty much just about how the default male dog avatar is used by pretty much nobody (though as of late I HAVE seen him creep into the Leaderboards and Rental avatars, so there's that) and there's basically no fanart of him out there, which from my experience is unusual for a customizable character. Granted, SEGA seem to prefer using the red wolf instead, even if he technically is not the default Avatar."
