That's why I've only displayed the vest in the pictures as well as written how to throw the vest off since it slows you down.

in not certain if the vests are unlocked after humanes lab heist or by purchasing the outfit after talking to the store clerk, that's why I provided both ways of finding

i only picked the kuruma because of it being the perfect starter car for new players to grind up their levels, in conideration of the lower healthpool before lvl 100 then i believe kuruma holds higher priority.

regular insurgent and nightshark is too much of a special interests rather tha something being highly beneficial, will add insurgent custom, weaponized tampa and vigilante when i feel like writing and still have more pictures to crop
