Improved Camera SWEP

This tiny Lua file adds a panel when accessing the context menu to manually set the values of the camera SWEP when it is out so you can pick the adequate field of view and the view's roll angle for your shots.

You can see the current field of view and the view's roll angle in the HUD a little below where the crosshair would be.
It will get hidden automatically when taking shots. If you don't want to see it at all, check the corresponding box in the options panel.

Finally, you can lock the field of view and the view's roll angle from being changed when holding right click to prevent accidents using the corresponding checkbox in the options panel.

I made this for a friend, but tell me if you have any issue using this.
