Description
Another house in town. Always liked the look of this one.

Update 04/13/20 - It was pointed out that this asset, and a few others in this collection, are a bit out of scale. I've taken this down in size some. Props and everything else remain the same.

The original-sized asset can be found at the link below with the rest of the source files.

Asset stats
Main model: 1774 tris
Lod: 112 tris, I believe. Not many more than that, if any.

Textures: 1024 and 128. All maps, including colour variations accounted for.

Props and decoration/dlc, etc.
The usual, a few lights, an entry point, some sitting spots on the front and back of the home so your cims are visible when they're about the house. No asset or mod dependencies, DLC or any of that stuff. This is strictly a growable, level 2 house. No yard stuff either. I think that's going to be a thing from here on in.

About
Again, another Charlottetown house not too far from the others. Here it is IRL[www.google.ca]. I didn't want to sneak into their back yard, so I just guessed at it. I think the back decks look pretty good on these sorts of homes, and I can't really do a full-on patio without adding a bunch more geometry. Maybe later on as we go up a few levels. I've omitted the corbel-like bridgings on the front of the house for the sake of the tri count as well as the decorative... I guess they're joists? I don't know – the white boards under the loft level on the front of the house, they're about halved. But I think it still looks pretty natural.

The template here is the vanilla Level 2 2x3 detached 01 template. GIven the footprint I've set, I'm pretty sure you'll only get this as a 2x4, which is fine. There are lots of methods of placing growables nowadays.

As usual, please let me know if something is broken. If you look at the Sketchfab preview, you'll see a bad face on the nook side of the building but that's been fixed. Not that I'm unhappy with how this turned out - but - the screenshots here probably do the house a bit more justice than it deserves. All the visual toys we have at our disposal now in C:S can give you some really remarkable screenshots. (AO FTW, amirite?)

Source files are here[drive.google.com], if you want to remix, re-upload or whatever. I spent a lot of time optimizing the main model, so there should be no vertice unused here.

Thanks again, enjoy!

@kinslayer11 Graphic designer for about a decade turned web developer. : ) This is definitely worth learning. Learning 3D really shakes up what you can do as a designer.

@Kinslayer11 You absolutely can and I encourage to try it. Blender's all you need, but GIMP and/or Photoshop are helpful to have. GIMP probably more than PhotoShop. Ask any questions if you decide you want to give it a go.
