And keep in mind that you dont get punished straight away, not even for hacking. You get a warning first. If you ever get a warning, stop using EMU Light.
Thats not what the actual TOS says. And practically they cant just run a program name scan, since then one would just change the title name of the script and would again be unaffected. The only step FROM soft can take to keep people from gaining unfair advantage through scripts is to limit input speed, which they already did. Scripts cant be faster than humans. They are precise though.
If you still have any corncerns regarding this, please add me and we can compare notes.
You can't hook into jack, shit, or squat, while you're playing their game, and if they care enough to find out - you're beaned. That's it, no collecting 200, no passing go; straight to jail.
Unlocking the framerate in previous games was done by hooking into graphic calls of the game. EMU just listens to player input and sends its own. It doesnt alter the game files at all. I also didnt get in trouble for unlocking the framerate in DaS. Nobody has gotten in trouble for using autohotkey in 7 years. You havent pointed out the part of EULA you think autohotkey is violating either. As I see it EMU Light isnt in violation in TOS, nor has anyone ever got punished for using it. I conclude that using EMU Light is safe. And since I spent around 400 hours getting this to work for others, I would be the first one to warn people if I even had a slight suspicion using EMU Light could be dangerous.

No cheating involved, just quality of life improvement.
Same way we got in trouble for fixing our framerates in ds2, you'll get in trouble for using input cleaners in ds3. It ain't arguable, dude. Fromsoft won't care, most likely, but the TOS is extremely clear.
